4. Does SteadFAS offer installation services?
Not quite. SteadFAS provides fire and security products known for their performance, reliability, ease of use, and value for money to various contractors such as specialists, consultants, facility managers, and electricians. For installation services, our parent company has experienced engineers who have been serving businesses across Scotland for many years.


1. What is the estimated delivery time for orders from SteadFAS?
We will provide you with an estimated delivery date, typically within 2 days of the Dispatch Confirmation. External factors beyond our control may occasionally affect delivery times.

2. When does delivery of Goods to me become complete?
Delivery is considered complete once the Goods have been unloaded at the delivery address specified in your order. From that point, the Goods are at your risk.

3. What happens if I fail to take delivery of the Goods?
If you fail to take delivery within 10 days after we notify you that the Goods are ready, we reserve the right to resell part or all of the Goods.

4. Do you offer international delivery?
We regret that we do not offer delivery of Fire and security solution products or services outside of the UK. However, if you are ordering from abroad, please ensure that the delivery address is within the UK.

Returns and Refunds

1. Can I cancel my order purchased from SteadFAS?
You have the right to cancel your order for Goods within 14 days of receiving the Dispatch Confirmation, so long as the Goods are not special purpose items. Please note that cancellation rights do not apply once installation or maintenance services have been completed.

2. How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, you must notify us by email within the 14-day period. We will confirm receipt of your cancellation request by email. Cancellations are subject to acceptance, especially for special-purpose goods, and may incur a cancellation charge.

3. What if I receive faulty or misdescribed Goods?
If the Goods are faulty or not as described, you may return them to us for a refund. Please notify us immediately upon discovery of the fault or discrepancy.

4. How do I return products to SteadFAS?
If you decide to cancel your order, you must return the Goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. You can return them via post, in-store, or through our authorised carrier.

5. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds for returned Goods will be processed within 14 working days after we receive the returned items. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
